I haven’t been doing much of anything lately since I’ve been sick since Tuesday. No running, no working out, no getting up from the couch. I have been doing a lot of whining. And heavy sighing. Maybe a puppy dog look to garner sympathy here and there.

Good thing I’m sick this weekend instead of next weekend for the OUC Half Marathon – my last until February *sheds a single tear*.

I got one thing done today besides moving from the bed to the couch: grocery shopping. And I picked up a little gem I’ve been eyeing for the better part of 3 years…birthday cake flavored ice cream.

The answer is yes. It does taste like cake. Imagine if angels cried little birthday cakes and you were able to eat them. THAT’S what this tastes like.

Now I must guard this ice cream 24/7 because the Hubs just aquired an affinity for it himself. Bunnypants is next. She looks like she’s planning something…
