I love live music. In a big way. Here are the concerts I’ve seen. Oh…and no, I don’t remember all these dates. I’ve been saving my concert stubs since I was about 13. These are only the stubs I can find…

2010
- 12/30/10 — B-Side Players
- 12/28/10 — Cracker with Camper Van Beethoven
- 12/12/10 — Paramore
- The drummer and the guitarist left the band right after they did this show. Was it something I said? Show was short and there was no encore. I guess I understand why now.
- 11/06/10 — Robyn
- 11/26/10 — Muse
- Great show and they sounded amazing. However it was noticeably and disappointingly short.
- 10/09/10 — Stone Temple Pilots
- Sounded amazing. Did Silvergun Superman which I haven’t heard in awhile from them. But Scott wasn’t as into it as he usually is.
- 08/12/10 — The Crystal Method
- Didn’t go on stage until after midnight, and it was a school night. Didn’t stay for the whole thing or recognize one song. They were way better the first time.
- 07/30/10 — Rihanna with Ke$ha
- Bought tickets mainly for Kesha who was so fun in concert that we flipped she was coming back in town to House of Blues next year.
- 07/03/10 — Pat Benatar
- Part of the Universal Studios Summer Concert Series. Again, free show because of season passes. It was very hot, humid, and raining. I’ve seen her a lot and this is the first time I’ve ever seen her do “You Better Run” so it made the crap weather worth it.
- 04/26/10 — The Dead Weather
- 04/24/10 — Alice in Chains and Limp Bizkit
- I’ll admit…AIC w/o Layne Staley did not have me excited. But the new lead singer is a-maz-ing.
- 04/09/10 — Sheryl Crow
- Part of the Universal Studios Mardi Gra series. So, free show since we had season passes.
2009
- 09/04/09 — Depeche Mode
- Always a good show with them.
- 06/13/09 — Better Than Ezra
- 06/02/09 — No Doubt with Paramore
- 05/09/09 — Nine Inch Nails and Jane’s Addiction
- Bad song set from NIN for a “farewell” tour. I can’t stand Jane’s Addiction, yet have seen them 4 times.
- 04/22/09 — Fall Out Boy
2008
- 11/21/08 — Toadies
- 10/28/08 — Nine Inch Nails
- Amazing show. We met Trent Reznor before the show since we had backstage passes. Surreal.
- 09/13/08 — Lisa Loeb
- 05/22/08 — She Wants Revenge
- They sounded great. Then my engagement ring flew off my finger during the last song. That put a damper on things.
2007
- 05/30/07 — The Go-Go’s
- 05/07/07 — Fiona Apple
- Sounded good vocally, but this was probably the most boring show I’ve ever been to. And I have all her albums and know all her songs.
- 01/22/07 — Incubus
- I love them. But this was a Monday night and I was pooped so it was hard to enjoy.
2006
- 05/04/06 — Christina Aguilera
- Pretty sure this show was right before she announced her pregnancy. Danity Kane and Pussycat Dolls opened. PSD were just…horrible.
- 03/19/06 — Rob Zombie
- Hubs choice but I had a great time. I think Lacuna Coil opened.
- 01/05/06 — Aerosmith with Lenny Kravitz
- Great show. A guy next to me questioned why I went to the bathroom during “Dream On.”
2005
- 12/20/05 — Gwen Stefani
- 11/03/05 — Depeche Mode
- 09/03/05 — Papa Roach
- 08/08/05 — Chevelle
- 07/22/05 — Better Than Ezra
- 07/17/05 — Kelly Clarkson
- 06/16/05 — Pat Benatar
- 05/24/05 — Velvet Revolver
- 04/26/05 — Billy Idol
- Billy is freakin’ awesome. That boy is in serious shape. Also, he has the NICEST fans ever. I spilled a drink on a stranger and she said “don’t worry about it hun” and then another stranger offered to save my spot when I went to the bathroom.
- 04/01/05 — Papa Roach
- 03/20/05 — Interpol
- 03/13/05 — Chevelle
- 02/19/05 — Hoobastank
2004

- 11/22/04 — The Killers
- 11/05/04 — Metallica
- 10/10/04 — The Pixies
- 09/29/04 — Incubus
- Awesome show. All the screaming girls were so loud after every song, I actually had to plug my ears. They have yet to do my favorite song though, which is sad (Favorite Things).
- 09/01/04 — Hoobastank
- 08/18/04 — Linkin Park, Korn, Snoop Dogg (Project Revolution Tour)
- 07/29/04 — Madonna
- I’ve wanted to see her since I was 8 years old. Enough that I paid $300 a ticket x2. Halfway through, it was allll worth it.
- 07/27/04 — Evanescence
- 07/25/04 — The Cure
- 07/16/04 — Jet
- 07/17/04 — Papa Roach
- Small venue just before Getting Away with Murder came out. Lead singer walked right by us, we made some joke about him being a Scott Weiland wannabe and then ate our words when he walked on stage.
- 06/07/04 — The Darkness
- 05/20/04 — A Perfect Circle
- 05/13/04 — Better Than Ezra
- 05/08/04 — Blink 182
- Free show. I don’t remember much but Cypress Hill opened.
- 05/05/04 — David Bowie
- Sixth row of awesomeness.
- 04/26/04 — Prince
- Third row of awesomeness.
- 04/05/04 — Aerosmith
- 03/29/04 — Britney Spears
- 03/27/04 — The Crystal Method
- 03/21/04 — Fuel
- 03/06/04 — Primus
- I forgot I even saw them so it wasn’t memorable. I do remember they didn’t do Winona’s Big Brown Beaver, which was disappointing.
- 03/05/04 — Linkin Park
- The only band I’ve seen that gets better with every show.
2003
- 12/17/03 — Jane’s Addiction
- Why? Cuz it was free, that’s why.
- 12/11/03 — Better Than Ezra
- 11/11/03 — A Perfect Circle
- 11/10/03 — Deftones
- 11/06/03 — Puddle of Mudd
- 10/30/03 — 311
- Alien Ant Farm opened, and 311 fans were not happy with them. I was. But I’m an equal opportunity lover.
- 10/16/03 — All American Rejects with Hoobastank
- We stayed for Hooba, left after one song from AAR. Hub’s met both bands before the show.
- 10/15/03 — Fuel
- 10/04/03 — Radiohead
- 09/03/03 — Tori Amos with Ben Folds
- 08/29/03 — Chevelle
- 08/27/03 — Korn
- 08/06/03 — Queens of the Stone Age
- 08/05/03 — Lollapalooza
- Jane’s Addiction unleashed on me once again.
- 07/13/03 — Metallica
- 07/01/03 — Godsmack with Cold
- 06/26/03 — Heart
- 06/21/03 — The White Stripes
- 06/17/03 — Good Charlotte with The Ataris
- 06/14/03 — Adema
- 06/08/03 — Queens of the Stone Age
- 06/03/03 — Red Hot Chili Peppers
- 05/07/03 — Evanescence
- 04/12/03 — Pearl Jam
- Private show at House of Blues. Took 2 hours of calling with 3 different phones to get tickets.
- 03/17/03 — Seether
- 03/14/03 — Saliva with HED P.E.
- 03/11/03 — Concrete Blonde
- 02/21/03 — Lisa Loeb
2002
- 12/14/02 — Sneaker Pimps
- Another one of my top shows. Very small venue, and they sounded amazing.
- 11/08/02 — Saliva
- Hub’s choice but a unexpectedly SUPER fun show. Audiovent opened up and were amazing. Too bad they broke up.
- 10/27/02 — No Doubt with Garbage
- No Doubt was decent. Garbage sounded like garbage.
- 07/27/02 — Drowning Pool with Adema
- 06/06/02 — Pat Benatar
- 05/26/02 — Live
- 05/20/02 — Better Than Ezra
- 04/25/02 — Stone Temple Pilots
- 04/20/02 — Concrete Blonde
- 03/22/02 — Bush
2001
- 12/31/01 — Stone Temple Pilots
- New Year’s Eve show. That didn’t suck.
- 11/15/01 — Live
- 10/20/01 — Better Than Ezra
- Bought tickets cuz they were $12 and ended up LOVING them in concert. They are really in tune with their fans. See them when they come in town whenever I get a chance.
- 10/09/01 — Jane’s Addiction
- 07/28/01 — The Monkees
- 07/08/01 — Depeche Mode
- 05/27/01 — Starfest (I remember Avril Lavigne and The Go-Go’s being here)
2000
- 08/12/00 — Pearl Jam with Sonic Youth
- Missed Sonic Youth, thankfully. Pearl Jam was great and played for 2 1/2 hours.
- 07/26/00 — Stone Temple Pilots
- 07/15/00 — Ween
- 06/15/00 — Red Hot Chili Peppers with Foo Fighters
- Foo Fighters were probably better than RHCP. John Frusciante played The Metro by Berlin solo which won my heart since that’s my favorite 80′s song. Also, the zipper broke on my tight pants and I had to carry my purse in front of me on the way out.
- 05/20/00 — The Cure
- They played for 3 hours which was awesome but the acoustics kinda sucked for this one.
- 03/25/00 — Bush with Moby
1999
- 08/20/99 — Alanis Morissette and Tori Amos
1998
- 11/15/98 — Depeche Mode
- Probably the second best show I’ve ever seen. They sounded amazing and I was in a peak DM phase.
- 08/23/98 — Tori Amos
1997
- 11/10/97 — U2
- Tickets were free. And I loved it. Proabably the only one too cuz this was the PopMart tour and everyone but me hated that album.
- 03/21/97 — Bush
- 03/20/97 — Beck
1996
- 11/16/96 — Smashing Pumpkins
- 11/15/96 — Smashing Pumpkins
- Yes, I saw them 2 days in a row. Garbage opened up for them. And well, they sound like garbage live.
- 09/21/96 — Alanis Morissette
1995
- 09/28/95 — Bush
- Toadies and Hum opened up. I remember R.E.M’s “The One I Love” was their last song which was pretty cool.
- 09/10/95 — Bon Jovi
- 09/09/95 — R.E.M with Radiohead
- First time I ever heard Radiohead. Seeing them live made me buy their album.
- 07/31/95 — Live
- 05/06/95 — Skid Row
- One of my top favorites. $10 bucks, sold out, and Sebastian Bach was on FIRE.
- 04/20/95 — The Cranberries
1994
- 11/21/94 — Nine Inch Nails with Marilyn Manson
- 07/01/94 — Stone Temple Pilots
- Probably the best concert I’ve ever seen. This was for the Purple tour and they were freakin’ amazing. This was back when Scott Weiland had red hair too. *drool*
- 05/06/94 — Pink Floyd
- Visually amazing show. It was like a laser light show over the audience. I don’t even remember them lighting up the stage to see the band more than a few times.
- 04/24/94 — Marshall Tucker Band and 38 Special
- A friend had free tickets. They actually sold guns at this show. No joke.
1993
- 11/21/93 — Howard Jones
- 03/25/96 — Bon Jovi
1992
- 08/12/92 — Paula Abdul
1990
- 08/11/90 — New Kids on the Block
- 02/23/90 — New Kids on the Block
- Well, this is the year I realized I wasn’t a lesbian (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Thanks Joey McIntyre!
1989
- 08/14/89 — Debbie Gibson
1988
- 07/19/88 — Belinda Carlisle
- This night was the first night I ever shaved my legs. You’re welcome.
1987
- 07/21/87 — Whitney Houston
- I was in the third row and I was 11. This was AWEsome for me.

Interesting list of concerts! My list is SOOOO much shorter!
And I’m guessing in the past few year’s you’ve seen a few more that you somehow lost the stub for! I know you saw 311 in what…2009?
I only saw them once in 2003. Sheesh. It does not seem that long ago!
You’re missing the one we saw in the parking lot across from Scruffy Murphy’s (spring 2004ish). I don’t even remember who it was anymore. I just remember that half -way through you and I left Fabian and Dave and went to drink at Scruffy’s
Oh yeah! That was Less Than Jake.

Ohhh, you saw The Pixies? FUN. How were they?
They were great! I would definitely see them again.

ok. i’m not even going to start listing all of the same concerts we’ve been to. i am jealous of yer pearl jam and pink floyd though. but i’ll one up u my daft punk in NY.
Not sure how I stumbled on this page, but sounds like u like a lot of the same music as me! Im 30 and have been going to concerts since I was maybe 16? Idk lol, wish I kept all the ticket stubs.. That was a good idea.. Anyway, if I don’t get OT at the firestation maybe I’ll see u and your husband at bassnectar
keep on rockin guys!
I’m really pretty jealous of Debbie Gibson. Although I did see New Kids on the Block in 1989 too.
Chevelle 8/29/2003. Was this the show at the house of blues in Orlando FL? If so I was there where kill Hannah opened for Chevelle. There was another band before KHannah. Do you remeber who that was? I can’t for the live of me remeber. I saw the smashing pumpkins around novemberish 1996 at Reunion Arena in Dallas, but I can’t recall the exact date. Was a good show.
Yes! That was at HOB Orlando with Kill Hannah. I can’t remember the name of the band either. We got there just as they were ending. Just asked my husband and he doesn’t remember either but we think it was a local band. That’s probably not much help.
